An arresting pose and composition, heightened by the subdued palette.
...I find it interesting that the artist is starting his drawing with the eyes; something that all children instinctively do when drawing a face, and all art teachers scold their students for doing! And the smaller figure in her swimsuit is gazing deep into the eye of the drawing... maybe she wants to dive in?

Once again it is well seen. In a posing session, there is evidence of what the model is showing, but above all, there is what She keeps in reserve, like an interiority. I found that this eye, half hidden, was the bearer of this depth of the model. "art does not reproduce the visible, it makes visible." said Paul Klee.

Merci Samantha, mes images sont des traductions, donc il faut bien l'admettre, des trahisons aussi. Kim ne boude pas ici, elle a choisi de s'intéresser au mystère, celui qui se cache au fond de tes yeux. Elle pourrait sans doute y plonger. Encore, la trahison des interprétations ? "l'art est un mensonge qui dit la vérité".
