I was looking at the Communication Arts Illustration Annual for this year, and got inspired by Chris Sheban's rendition of The Story of a Seagull and the Cat Who Taught Her to Fly by Luis Sepulveda. On my List, for sure! This is a big simplification and reduction from that image, my apologies for my haste.
Bryce primitives with mixture of textures. Cat from 3DCafe, my eyeballs!
Thanks for viewing.

OUTSTANDING WORK The blinds, the wainscotting, the textures, the lighting. Fabulous creation. Where is the cat and the eyeballs? My eyes are failing me.

I LOVE that novel.. In Italy we had a cartoon movie based on it called "La Gabbianella e il Gatto" (of course.. it's literal translation) You have made a fab illustration here :)
