Description

A harbor patrol man making an underwater arrest of an intruding sport air scuba diver, collects the "double pluck" (mask and mouthpiece in one of his waterfront-work-enlarged hands) although his reach is limited by his Siebe Gorman SCBA (Swimmer Canoeist's Breathing Apparatus)'s chest-mounted absorbent canister colliding with the intruder's big backpack cylinder.
