Hi dears,

just to wish all of those who celebrate it

A HAPPY AND SAFE THANKSGIVING DAY

... and for the rest of us... have a great day!

Sorry it's not a turkey, but at least it's poultry... right out of the oven ;o)
A dish all of my family likes very much... chicken, potatoes and sweet pepper....and the best is it's very easy to prepare in the oven. Anyone who is interested in the recipe may write it in a comment or an IM and I'll send it to her/him. :o)

A lot of excellent food photography these days here ! I have fantastic memories of the Thanksgiving parties when I was in the States... Today, I'm really thinking of all my American friends ! Happy Thanksgiving ! :~)

All the onions and sweet peppers flavoring the chicken. What an aromatic dish. Man I can just taste it. My mouth is watering already. Well it looks wonderful, but sad to say I am allergic to peppers. Lovely presentation and lighting. I hope that you and yours will enjoy the Holidays too!
