I've had some fun and some frustration over the years trying to render volumetric light beams, or god rays in Vue. It can be a one hour or a ten hour or more adventure. Seems nature is still one step ahead, glad I was out for a walk to capture the moment it rubs it in my face, lol... 🐉

I hear ya man, VL lighting can be a major pain in the azz and even when you think you got it right you step outside and can see The Cosmos and Mother Nature combining to laugh at your endeavors. Nice shot
