Description
I'm trying to revive my muse to return to the Urath story. I've reworked some old images and made some new ones as well as rewriting and editing some of the original writings from book 1. All the writing is over at my Deviant Art page. I used to have it here, but the format for Renderosity has changed so often it always wrecked my presentation page for the art and story. I'll probably post any additional writings here, but they are properly organized and in proper order over at Deviant Art if you want to refresh your memory or check it out for the first time. The whole story starts: Here
Book 1 is still being updated and revamped, but I'm almost done. The rest of the "books" in the series are what they are, grammar warts and all. It is unlikely that I will go back and edit them. I have some outlines, new maps and a few written chapters for book 5, so I'm hoping to get on with it and have book 5 wrapped up by Christmas. That seems far away, but I might actually be overly ambitious.
Esshaks is part of the dragon species called Swamp, Marsh, Acid, Black, Death Spitters and Snake Dragons, depending on the culture you're speaking of. They are typically very nasty and evil creatures with intelligence equal to the average human. Most of them inhabit the Great Marsh south of Messinar and just south of High Bridge. They are known to work with humans, elves and the humanoid races, but they mostly stick to their own kind. They have a mutual understanding and deal with the lizard folk with whom they share the Great Marsh. The only other known large population of these dragons is in south western Gotodonia in the wetlands of the humanoids.
Anyway, thanks for stopping by and enjoy your day or evening..

Fantastic scene, Art - your talent for creating these masterworks has not diminishesd at all in your absence here. I'll have to pop over to DA and have a look. I've not been very active there, of late. Anyway, good to see you back, bro!

Very intense and dramatic! Great composition, posing, light and render. Love your texture choice for the dragon. I love it.

It looks like a heated discussion going on here. If that croc doesn't improve his attitude, he could become dinner. Great work
