Description
Working on some sets and ideas for Keepers. Here the massive space colony Darlis orbits Plazent while a ship approaches.
Had a hell of a time with the planet. Still not really happy with it. Tried a good tutorial for this but still not working perfectly. Darlis I had some success with. Was able to use Carrara's Displacement brushes to get some detail to it (Can't see it from this distance, but I'll post more).

That's not a bad planet! I know it's just me, but the sky looks like it has too many stars, the night sky just doesn't look like that, but its nicely done anyway! I'll look forward to seeing the Darlis colony!

This is a beautifully composed scene. I'd like to see more emphasis on the spacecraft, perhaps with more dynamic lighting to bring it out. Some lens flare to simulate engine exhaust would also help.
