This seems to be a modified North American AT-6. I saw one of these modifications once at an airshow and they first told, it was a A6M Zero. Though they mentioned, the modification later, but I personally think it is a bummer to modify a Vintage plane to something it isn‘t really, while it would be absolutely great in it‘s original state…

looks like a very interesting place, guess you've got lots of space in the US for these kinds of museums, better than dumping them in the desert too :)
