The Avro Combat Disc
In The 1950s A joint Anglo/Canadian venture and later joined by the USA secretly worked on a design for a revolutionary vehicle at the Avro-Canada plant in Malton, Ontario. Based on several designs by John Frost the Dream to build a Flying Saucer one of these projects was the VZ-9A AvroCar. One vision was possible use on the battle field as a sleek, fast go anywhere fighting vehicle...it would come close but sadly with lack of funding and loss of interest the concept was scrapped...or was it? over 50 years later later meet the Avro Combat Disc VZ58.
Modelled in Lightwave rendered in poser, Background is a photo I took near Ascot, UK

Will you consider putting this in your marketplace store? I think it could be a lot of fun to work with.

Thanks azmulder. Well it isn't really of good enough quality, in fact it was so long ago I don't even know if I have the original model, but I think a new simular model might be worth some thought.
