Description

Here's a funny thing. We set out to do a Grim Reaper (UltimaMortis, next week), and we knew we wouldn't morph this from M4's head, so no problem, just make a replacement in the same manner we did for DeadMeat. The starting basis was Judge Death from the classic Dredd story "Judge Death Live" which was about 1981-ish. We got it done, and upon reflection, it seems to have taken on a bit of the look of Eddie, Iron Maiden's mascot. Now, from my perspective, that's a happy co-inky-dink, serendipity almost. So I had to take a stab at Killers, because this image (in the 81 original) was the whole reason I wanted to make art. I set out to try and make a passable go at it, but entirely in 3d. Except for the streetlight halo, the blood on the axe and the curtains behind, everything else is rendered. The background is from a really old pack by Rvnheart. The rest is all rendered, using stuff we've made over the years. :)
