my younger sister lives nearly to Montana in a small town and the temperature today was 102 F. the electric service was intermittent all day

oh, great monochrome work, Richard: Your tones are silvery and creamy and have a slight green or blue tint----very slight, but enough to give this real character. I never pictured roses in monochrome, but after viewing this beauty, I'm gonna suggest it to the next rose I see. Beautiful monochrome work---it's like carved soapstone. Gorgeous work.
