outstanding work on this scene. it is hard to imagine the apprehension of those soldiers and crew members. either they crashed or they landed safely to have nazis shooting at them
I had the privilege of knowing a UK pilot (Pegasus Bridge) of the gliders that was decorated by the queen of England. he was a volunteer at the museum. a distant relative of mine father was a glider pilot also. when he came to visit with his wife, I took him to a local aircraft museum to meet "Richard". sadly "Richard" past away, my relative "Richard" "his father was a glider pilot also" past away before I could go to England and Scotland
