My Mom listened to this song incessantly when i was a child; both this Mary Hopkin and the Russian original. This is a lovely scene to go with it.
At the risk of sounding philosophical, it is the nature of things that the past (good or bad) stays there; It is up to us as individuals and society to make the times we are in as good as we can (ok we're not necessarily doing such a great job right now, but keep plugging away...). Our mortality is certain (death and taxes , after all), but I don't think it will be the virus that gets us...

Let us all hope that the best days are not behind us but still more memorable moments to come! They say life is what you make it out to be...but at the moment that sentiment seems to be out of our control! Things do look bleak at the moment...It is at these times when I wish we were all living in an alternate reality! Stay positive Ute, hopefully this terrible virus will all come to pass! :-)

A fabulous awesome scene, great composition and atmosphere, exquisite render. The wall is filled with extra 7 wonderful Artworks, the statue as well. Magnificent joyous Masterpiece of Finest Arts. Cheerful and happy mood. Flowers, paintings, drinks and furnishings... this scene is so well done! I would love to be able to get together with people again just like this, but I probably could do without the pesky long dresses; too much work to put on and too much dragging in the mud when outside. :)
