A frosty web, must be the northern snow spider. The victem gets stuck by putting its tongue on the icy web, lol. Cool, no pun intended, image JC! A fine way to begin the new year... ;)

I have often seen photos of dew on a spider web, but I have never seen frost on a spider web before. You would think it would cause the whole thing to come crashing down. Amazing. Thank you so much for catching this and sharing it with us!!

Juste un petit mot pour te dire que je suis passée, mais depuis qu'il n'y a plus de mails de postage, je suis perdue et cela prend beaucoup trop de temps et depuis 2 mois je prépare un déménagement et c'est difficile pour moi, gros câlins à bientôt Camille.

Ce n'est pas tous les jours que l'on assiste à un tel spectacle de toute beauté, en particulier ici où Dame Nature a mis à l'épreuve, la résistance de cette toile d'araignée. Beau cadrage, belle profondeur de champ, chapeau l'artiste !
