Content Advisory!

I enjoy creating artwork in Poser, Photoshop CC, Vue, and DAZ Studio. I also have a passion for photography, and have been actively shooting for many years. I've been using Poser since Version 8, and am also learning my way around DAZ Studio. I've been using Adobe Photoshop since version 4. I also use Vue 10. I frequently use my photos as backgrounds, and composite my 3D figures into them.
I have been creating my web comic / graphic novel "The Girls From T.N.A." since fall of 2009, and have been a member of Renderosity since August 2009. I've made a lot of wonderful friends here, and have been inspired every time I visit!
I will soon have a more complete biography, as I am updating everything. In the meantime, have a look around my gallery!
Thanks!
Rod

Holly is pretty. Her flowy pink dress is lovely. I like her very shiny shoes.
Radar_rad-dude
A most beautiful and gorgeous lady in a magnificent outfit! Such wonderful and strategically placed appliques in the design! Love her pose and pose! Great lighting an feel to this one! Many fine accolades and praises from me on this delightful creation!
But then you went ahead and burst my bubble about this site! Dar-n it! All this time, I thought it was created and maintained by a little ole green knee high to a grasshopper leprechaun that lived in a toadstool and only used a very small lady bug laptop computer to do all the coding on the roof of his mushroom only on the third total eclipse of the sun every other century! LOL! Thanks for keeping us honest and on track, Rod! Many fine kudos on your efforts! And a very Merry Christmas and a most Joyful and Happy New Year to you and your family! Hope the darknesses leave you alone soon and the bright lights of inspiration and love come shining through!
RodS
LOL!!! π Shhhhhhhh, bro! How can I run a decent disinformation campaign here, when you keep bombarding us with facts? π
π€£π That little guy on the mushroom is supposed to be a top secret thing, ya know! Must be those bloody Russian hackers again! π€

Love Holly and her sheer dress. A preview to Spring perhaps?
In a comment on another art piece (I think it was on one of Bill/Radar_rad-dude's), I may have been unfair in comparing Rendo's issues with those of an "Eclipsed" art site. Your sentiment made that clear, Rod. The issues this site is having are unintentional, whereas the forced "upgrade" at the other site was intentional (despite the very vocal opposition from many users there). I will give Rendo the benefit of the doubt.
RodS
Yeah, I know the "other" site, and I'm not thrilled with the "upgrade" either. I'm a lot more active both here and at ArtStation - both are much better than that 'other' site.

I'm trying for patience, but Amazon says it's all backordered and they won't be able to ship to me until spring!

Magnificent piece of Art. I love it

Fantastic, my friend!
daggerwilldo
A wonderful piece of work. I totally agree with you on the patience factor. Given the scope of the hard times we are facing, I can live with it if my stats counters go bonkers (like its earth shaking if someone doesn't see that I've gotten over 16 views and 4 likes since joining this site in 1914) or I have to adjust my methods of keeping current on what folks are doing.
RodS
1914? Man... You were WAAAAY ahead of your time! ππ€£

Holly is so cheery and adorable I have to smile too--I hope things brighten up over there too--it get easier once we get more hours of sun!

Thank you for the kind words, Rod. I really appreciate it and I know the rest of the RR staff does too. We try our best daily to give you all the best site possible and our recent updates (which broke the ebots but should be fixed now) are to keep the site in peak fitness for years to come. We wouldn't be Renderosity with out community. We love you all!
RodS
You all really do a wonderful job! It's a lot of hard work, and it is appreciated!
Haven't seen any ebots yet, but I'm sure they'll be back at some point. ππ

I promise I'll comment on more soon (incl your TNA pieces, which you know I always love)...but for now let me end with this...I love how you've placed Holly against a textured, almost decayed wall, with patterns that seem to match the flowers and ornament of her negligee---a great choice, the kind of thing photographers work hard to accomplish, in studio work. And it's a darker cooler pink, in contrast with the warmer, powdery pink of her outfit. She almost has a 20's look---as in 'flapper' stuff---w/ the hairdo and gown and those great flowing sleeves. And she seems to be mid-dance-step. W/ matching shoes too (I'm telling you, you could've been a fashion designer), and lots of modulated light up and down her whole body. For a solo piece, it has a lot going on, it's coordinated to a tee, yet has real variety, and she looks like she's dancing for joy---avoiding the doldrums of current day life...and that backdrop is a stroke of genius. I hope your depressive days lift, Rod, I know it's been a long year for you. (I still have an image of you banging way at your ceiling, with plaster falling on you---what craziness you've been through).I hope it gets better in 2021! And I hope the massive problems of RR get better too: I couldn't believe I stopped getting ebots...and I noticed that the most recent images aren't even searchable in some galleries---my last 2 or 3 are off the grid. So if you posted anything after this, I can't find it for the life of me. (I was looking for results for Mike too, and hope he's doing ok.) It's a huge job, you're right: A site like this is like a city. Hopefully we'll all feel connected again. Take care of your big generous heart and talent. You've posted terrific stuff...

Your new image looks magnificent, I wish you a peaceful Christmas Eve and some nice Christmas Days, but don't forget to stay alert and in good health! π Furthermore I want to thank you for all your visits and nice comments on my last images. π€Ά Quote: βItβs never too late, never too late to start over, never too late to be happy.β (Jane Fonda)

I hear you, but the Rendo admins don't really strike me as being competent enough to play with things this big.
