Description
Well in the place where I live there are women working on Construction sites - even if just very few - but mostly they do not operate heavy machines nor do they do heavy work and to put this straight from the beginning: No they don't work topless!!
How ever, I'm not quite sure why she took of the shirt. Was it just too hot in the machines cabin, or did she just wanted to show off her tattoos? Anyways, if this ever would happen in reality, I'm sure, the productivity on that construction site would drop dramatically to an unacceptable level and I bet, the deadline to finish the build would never be met... Lol!
Just had to do a fun render with Pixelunas awesome new Tattoo-package. :-D
the Loader from Truform was a little too clean, so I had to add a little grunge to make it look more used (Still not really enough yet). Further more I created Bumpmaps and Normalmaps for the Loader.
The render is pure IRAY Render without any post work besides the logo.

A girl's got to cool off any way she can.
Honestly, if we normalized something like this, production shouldn't be any different then when there's topless males. That's one equality issue that we ought to do something about.

Oh wow! What a divine work for a construction worker who definitely classify as a tough woman. I really look up for women who work at places called "a man's world." Mechanics, repairmen, construction workers, engineering jobs as well as soldiers (I may have left out more), but these women are amazing! Women who do not classify themselves as just the weak gender~~ simply because you are what you believe you are, and you can do things that men can do. This is a beautiful presentation, a well-thought work, Alexander. Bravo-Zulu, I had been there (the military) and I know how it is.
