Description
Freda was the cutest little thing, a tiny Maltese sweet puppy, less than 2 pounds.
In the 4 days of happiness that we shared she managed to become friends even with my cats.. yet on the 5th day she got sick with Parvo and 3 days later passed away, just a day before she'd become 3 months old.
She was gifted to me to help ease the pain of loosing my husband.. but somehow I feel cursed lately.. when it rains it pours! :(

Please don't think you're "cursed". There are others who are responsible for this and you totally did NOT deserve it to happen to you. :( Even though your time with her was so short, she'll always have a special place in your heart.

I'm so, so sorry to hear about what happened to the darling little puppy, but what a sweet tribute you've made for her! Getting you a puppy was a sweet gesture, but I wonder, when you're feeling a bit better, if going to the local shelter to adopt a homeless dog might be a better bet? Small dogs are often good with cats (esp. when the cats outweigh them!)
