Description
Keelya will be starting her final year at the school in the fall. When she graduates she hopes to be a watcher. Watchers are peacekeepers that also defend the island and its people from the evil witch-hunters. Despite her disturbing appearance Charlotte is quite friendly and prefers to spend her day reading romance books and dreaming of grand adventures,
Both are from Salem and managed to slip away the winter before last, just in time to avoid the Salem Witch Hunts (which started this year, 1692).

Keelya is very cute! And I'm glad she left Salem when she did! But eek, Charlotte would take some getting used to, although seeing her read romance novels would certainly help :-) Another nice character portrait :-)
