Im posting this to show the Iray sand shader that was used in the image https://www.renderosity.com/mod/gallery/the-beach-and-experiment-in-sand-/2949590/
It's still a work in progress, and the sand has different scales on different parts of the car body due to the cars uv map having different uv scalings. so tried to match as much as possible.

oh no postwork as per usual except the logo.
and no mesh modifications either, all shader work.
