The second major pillar that underpins my artistic journey and development would be the illustrious Eric Van Dyke, better known in Poser/DS circles as Traveler. Now Eric is a legend in his own lunchtime. A colossus of content creation for twenty years. In fact I think he's probably the most prolific creator I can think of. And certainly the most diverse, by a long chalk, with a wonderfully eclectic imagination that can go from blood soaked gore, to fluffy cuteness to downright strange. Sometimes all in the same thing.
So I arrived at RDNA in 2007, but I'll admit I'd fallen into a rut, and I was starting to feel like I was just going through the motions, and everything I was doing was feeling really same-y to me. But Eric got me doing 3d differently, going in new directions, trying new things. In particular, I learned so much about Poser, which was, and still is, where I want to be using it. My whole experience of RDNA was constant artistic growth, nurtured all along the way by Eric, often in a very understated and self-effacing way. Everything in this image is from RDNA.
Thank you Eric for everything you've taught me, my artistic journey would have covered a lot less distance without you my friend.
