The character + lute (modeled in zbrush), fox, dragonflies, fish, imported to vue 9 and I let the magic happen :)
I hope you like it. there is no postwork. Everything rendered in vue9. geez, I love to picture myself in a place like this. escaping the world, surounded by sunshine and nature... can you hear the creek and the birds? I'm looking forward to your comments.

I would say Vuetastic! He must be a bard. One very creative looking setting and character. 5+

Lots to like in this: the foot in the water, the fox, the light catching on the branches. An excellent job.

This is wonderful! The soft forest lighting is pretty, his clothing and pose are natural, and the little fox is adorable.

you are fast becoming one of my most favourite artists on this site. foxes have a special meaning for me, almost like a 'totem' animal, so of course, yours, here, is the best bit for me. then that lute - what magic [yes, i keep using that word in my comments to you, but it is the most apt, and most true], and i think i might understand that there is a deeper meaning to 'rendering because one is free'. finally, i say this only from a place of love, so please know i am trying to help: i think the tree trunk behind him has a little bit too much shine/specularity on it [or the light needs to be more diffused there], so it is not quite blending in with everything else... ps. having his big toe poking up from the water is a very nice little, and emotive, detail, too...

Oh hello! You are a discovery! And of course, I had to look because of your name. :) An absolute pleasure, looking at your art. Yes, a place like this would be good. (I'd just replace the fox with my two dogs and the lute with Spotify and we're good to enjoy!) Well, nice to meet you!

Splendid - great colour and lighting effects. The pose is excellent the lute beautifully done, and the fox is a masterly touch!

Impressive work, captures the imagination and allows escape from a cold dark winter's morning, thanks for sharing :)

The character, just like his environment, is superbly rendered thanks to an outstanding appropriate lighting: the whole scene is a wonder !
