Description

This episode of Village Scandals concerns Lady Waxwood’s project to sell and exchange previously worn dresses and promote her controversial clothing optional policy for the village. Lady Waxwood is at the table with her cash box. She pays donors a small fee for contributing their previously worn dresses. Then any girl who shows up nude can chose a dress to wear home, The shy or bashful belle has to pay a fee to support the project. Extra funds go to charity.
