It's been one year since the "Perfume Plague" and there are still several million young women running around in a frightened, naked, confused state. The company responsible for causing this epic plague has been fined, but the teenage designer of the chemical agent has mysteriously escaped. Millions of men had volunteered to capture the crazed women (but most were rejected for psychological reasons). A squad of elite ex military men and women were gathered, trained, and given the "Tar Blasters" necessary to subdue the naked wild ones. It is still unknown why the chemical agent used in perfumes only effected women between the age of 21 and 30, but medical experts are still investigating this issue.

Gee, I can't imagine why so many men would sign up to track down and captured beautiful naked women... I'm sure they just had the women's best interest at heart! Delightful image and concept!
