This touches nerves in so many areas. If it is real I feel sorry for her, but, if she is pulling a sick fast one to get attention, I can't condone that. I knew someone who did this and it hurt a lot of people.

I've got a few dead friends (some of whom were really messed up) and I've known people who fake illness for attention. Being desperate for attention I can understand, but being manipulated is another matter entirely. Some people have no conscience.
