so careful to not move into the light, but to stand there, voyeurs to what exactly, is what i think about, where my mind goes.

the window made flesh at her feet, the light's blushing kiss, her feet and body's language implicit of dance, of movement, of warmth or potential heat from dance & movement in that light - is this what the onlookers see, what they envy, her freedom whilst they themselves stay cloaked and unkissed?

or is it all seduction & farce, the girl bait, the false sense of security that would lead a lamb to slaughter should one join her & answer that subtle siren's call, thus feeding all those hungry eyes, truths and appetites revealed only then before a killing blow...

I could swear you were in my head when this idea appeared!... i'll add that there's no way to know for sure what will happen once you cross that gap and pick up the rose...and you are committed once you do ;)... thank you so much for being interested enough to read into it
