Great work years ago and maybe you have found your best medium since then.

Wonderful use of a ray gun in the top shot, and the bottom one is colorfully cool to the max.

Both images are cool! I really like your paintings though.

lol, so you took up the challenge! And you did it twice! What a wild combination here---that ray gun piece is a piece of surreal fun and imagination. I guess the gun is dissolving the person---but the visual is full and very rich. (I try to see it that way rather than that someone was just shot with a ray gun.) And all that against a real forest and real grass. Very imaginative, Jocko! Funny and imaginative piece.
The other piece I already commented on, but as you know I really liked it. When you go abstract, your hues and shapes and wonderful brushstrokes get to speak without any reference to anything but themselves. It's a very intense painting, and your colors are just tremendous.

Interesting combination. I prefer the second one very much. The first one is a nice piece of fun, but the second one is very good.

Both of these are so cool, Jock! Love the skeleton being disintegrated by the ray gun! And your painting is as wonderful as always!

The old photo manipulation still holds up well today and the new Bryce inspired abstract is also cool, neat mix Jock.
~Cheers~
