They're not wearing the elaborate dance costumes because they are just practicing their dance routines for a performance for Capt. Kirk and the Enterprise crew... Perhaps my next one will be a group of Andorian dancers ( the blue people with those little antenna on their head - I don't remember if there was a Star Trek episode that featured Andorian dancers but this is Sci-Fi fantasy so why not... besides, I think that blue chicks look cool & sexy )
