Description
The mushroom on the left is new and a lovely example of a healthy mushroom but on the right is the remains of the same type of mushroom that died in a cold snap about a month ago. The healthy mushroom on the left is about 10 inches (25.4 cm) in diameter and a beautiful cream color.
It will zoom.
Thanks for stopping by, taking a look and for all your previous favs and comments.
They are very much appreciated.

I too love the back, and foreground with all the textures, that makes the picture so lively, although that right mushroom is dead.

HELLO! .... '2' comments/thoughts .... (1) My grandfather always used to say, "There's a FUNGUS among US" .... (2) OLD JOKE: A guy was arrested and at police headquarters being questioned by local cops .... It seems his THIRD wife had been SHOT to death and HE was the PRIME suspect .... It also seems that HIS FIRST TWO wives had died from eating 'poisoned mushrooms' as an 'autopsy' later found .... Finally, the man ADMITTED he had SHOT his THIRD wife to death from RAGE .... Asked WHY he SHOT her, the man replied, "BECAUSE she would NOT EAT my POISONED mushrooms!" .... SMILES .... TallPockets
