Free illustration of Godefroid de Bou!illon. His castle lies in Bouillon where I spent all my life.
Everything modeled with blender and rendered with blender cycles (500 samples)
procedural textures and cavity dirt made with new feature "pointiness"

Godefroy, l'épée brisée après tant de siècles et de Croisades. Mais il paraît paisible ce guerrier, figé dans la pierre durant son jeune âge. Passe une bonne journée!

The photorealism of this render is breathtaking. I'm especially impressed by the texturing on the walls, though the vegetation and statue are no less impressive. GOOD WORK!
