Description

Hi dear friends, I hope that everything is OK for you. I apologize for my inaction, but I had some health problems that, fortunately, are not unsolvable! I finally discovered the cause of my insomnia... I suffer from nocturnal respiratory failure which causes various apneas during the night. In short, I stop breathing every 5 minutes. This brings suffering in my body, in fact I found heart problems, high blood pressure, weight gain due to the lack of blood oxygenation and many other small problems that I am not to list. Now I sleep with the C-PAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure), a mechanical ventilation mask that allows me to breathe and rest better, in fact I can to sleep for 3-4 hours without waking up. A gorgeous image, and Happy Easter to you. My father in law recently learned he stops breathing in his sleep 70 something times a minute. That in itself astounds my mind,, but it was the cause for many of his health issues. Blood was below 60% oxygenation and was causing organ damage Now he sleeps with much the same apparatus you've mentioned along with oxygen. The results have been dramatic!

I am glad they diagnosed you; I have been sleeping with a CPAP for the last 5 years or so, and it makes a huge difference in how I sleep and how I feel. I wish it solved my weight gain and blood pressure, but sadly that's a whole other story. This image is stunning, a beautiful exercise with the fractalius filter used just right...happy Easter to you!

Very glad to hear that you are en route to a full recovery! It's better that you discovered the reason behind your discomforts.... I think the CPAP will make all the difference, as sleep is most important in a persons life and helps the body heal on so many levels. A belated, but Happy Easter to you and yours as well!
