Description

Created in Corel Painter X3 with post work using Photo-Brush. This is my most controversial piece to date, it asks questions and reminds of the realities of today. Mega Zoom Version It comes with the poem which is below... I live in the uk, it's a wonderful place Black, yellow, white and every other race Come to UK if poor and broke, have no skills, see welfare bloke If you wish to live in dear ole blighty Get on your knee's for Allah, the true god almighty Nobody cares for your cultural loss I'm an immigrant at large and I don't give a toss The country I lived became a bombed out disease I come to UK to say "If you please..." I need a house, I need some money, I need it now because I'm in a hurry Don't call me a friend, I'm no friend of yours It's a means to an end for the booze, drugs and whores The truth is I hate you all, you imperialist scum I really came here to kill everyone I have a black flag, soon it will unfurl All will comply unless you wish to die Beheadings in the streets will become daily treats With I.S flag at No.10 we shall do it again and again Black uniform and shoulder holster proud Marching through the streets to fearful cheering crowds In one decade this country will be ours. Cleverly done, Mark I have reservations about dignifying such people with our artistic efforts.

It is a very provocative subject, since time art has been used for propaganda and continues to be used today in many ways along with video. This is an example of turning that around and saying it can also be used in this way to underline the real threats we face today and because countries can be greedy and self motivated and politically correct it will ultimately be that our tolerance is indeed our weakness and it's like leaving the door open with the keys in the lock and saying "Come in and do what you like". If you notice I did include a cartoon style character in the composition in order not to give it too much respect out of any fear factors, and the poem is rather like in the mind of.. a crazed radicalized mind, and the hypocritical aspect of living in the UK and enjoying what is available and then thinking it's okay to leave and do things then return, that is one example of this countries negative tolerances.
