Here we go! The story so far:
So...Batman and Wonder Woman had been captured by Dr.Cyber, disguised as Lavinia Bryce, who is a bio/cyber specialist and has managed to get work at Wayne Enterprises. Needing some help from, none other than the Joker, Cyber helped him escape from Arkahm Asylum by using his therapist Harleen Quinzel. Poor Harleen did not intend for this escape and the Joker, in his twisted mercy, beat her up so she didn't look like she complied. How nice of him.
Meanwhile Robin, (Jason Todd) and Alfred have been trying to figure out where Batman (Bruce Wayne) has gotten to. Eventually they hear of the Joker's escape and evidence leads back to Cyber's lab at Wayne Enterprises.
In Robin's attempt to rescue his mentor he encounters some large mechanized entities, but eventually finds where Batman and Wonder Woman are being held.
We learn that Cyber is transferring her own mind/being/soul into Wonder Woman with the help of her first assitant Julia and some assitance from the Joker, who was able to obtain a small yet high powered energy source for the Doctor's machine.
Robin is too late to save Wonder Woman, but he manages to unlock Batman's “cell” and allow for an escape. After the transfer is complete, Dr. Cyber destroys her old cybertronic body as she takes hold of her new body, Diana, Wonder Woman. As Batman escapes, confusion and a fight is raised in the lab and he mangages to get himself and Robin out along with another captive who happens to be an Amazon from Diana's homeland, named Hespira. Hespira has been subjected to the Doctor's experiments and her mind is no longer in her original body, but in a woman's, who's mind is now deceased. Besides the mind transfer experiments Cyber has also replaced parts of Hespira with cybernetic ones.
Now that Dr. Cyber has this new body, she has named herself Scorn and ordered Julia, her top assistant, to transfer and erase all data from the secret lab's hard drive storage. In reality she is leaving Julia to die because she knows too much and has too much knowledge of how Dr. Cyber's experiments work.
After Batman has gotten Robin and Hespira near the roof, the Martian J'onn J'onnz, using his shape shifting ability, pretends to be Batman and helps Robin and Hespira get away, but not after fighting Cyber's mechs. Wayne's armored security show up and manage to help and the mechs flee. The Joker is nowhere to be found and presumably escaped during the confusing fight in the lab. Scorn has also escaped.
Meanwhile Batman had circled back to the secret lab and found Julia. Though not able to save the lab from self destruct, with the help of Julia, they save a positronic brain of Dr. Cyber's design that Cyber thought was not finished, but that, in fact, Julia had finished it herself. Julia explains that they cannot tear Cyber from Diana's mind without killing them both and that the positronic brain is the key. They can use that as a recpetacle and put the Doctor's mind in to it and save Diana. Julia is now being transferred to a safe house by Wayne Security overseen by Lucius Fox and Batman is off to Arkham Woods to a hideout that Julia said was there at the old and crumbling asylum.
So, that's things in a nut shell. Stay tuned.

Thanks for bringing us up to speed. I have a shit memory and would have forgotten most of the story. I tend to forget anything more than a couple days in the past.
