Description


Not much rainfall late Summer and early Fall. Taylor Sawmill, circa 1805, Hampstead, New Hampshire. The mill has had to shut down until Spring 2011. Thanks for stopping by, taking a look and for all your previous favs and comments. They are very much appreciated. Dana

So much power from a simple wheel shame the water wasn't flowing it would be a great sight, I've seen an overshot one in the UK running a flour mill I'll see if I can find the pics I took.

Good capture of the oxymoron, Dana. It definitely has seen better days during its ages-long stint. And pspworkshop has certainly taken over the field of Halloween comments with her fantastic creations.
