Description

the name is a lot more dramatic than what it looks, LOL i wanted to play around with retopping in 3dc, and i think i have a better understanding of the automatic method =P but seriously, it helped me get a "more predictable" mesh, which is why i went for a simple base shape, smooth edges. with the clean mesh to work with. i did my mapping in 3dc too, which was great. if not for the direct cc3 import>offset, i could prolly go straight from 3dc in c3 without zbrush. not that im avoiding it, but ive been forced into using it for the "process", as i can have the figure and cloth perfectly align. no luck in cc3 =/ anyway, this set was meant to have accessories on, and i need to start understanding and exploring that end of things... belts with buckles, "hardware" attached to clothing, pockets, backpacks... those are much easier in zbrush, so once i get this fully down, i can start building on these generic practice storm trooper suits, lol gotta work on the shape of the pelvic plate, and weighting it better in cc3 so it doesnt get those silly "wings"...
