Subject: PP2010 not working after updating p11

PP2010 was working fine until I installed a PP11 update, now PP2010 sits on the task bar when opened. Hovering over the icon it shows an open window but the window will not open. I do still prefer to use pp2010 at at times.

Hi Jo,

backup your preferences and then delete the preferences folder .

on windows this is at

c:\users\YOUR USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Poser Pro\8

or use

Poser Pathfinder to open the prefs folder.
