I've been here for almost a year but just lurking in the shadows lol I became more active at the start of summer and eventually became a vendor with the love and support of my bunnies. My name is Andreea. I'm 20 years old and currently a student. I study modern languages (English and French) but my forever long dream is to study art. Digital art more precisely. Sadly the only art you are taught in my country (Romania) is traditional one. So with a lot of patience and hard work I managed to learn to use photoshop by myself in one year. I came along quite far with it and learning new things everyday. I am learning to paint now that I recently purchased a tablet. Given I am a photomanipulator, I use stocks and I'd need their approval before I can set up a gallery here. I am currently contacting them for permission.
I like making brushes and textures. I use them all the time for my art and by using stocks I learned its best to have your own resources if you want to make some money off art. Some people wouldn't give print permissions for fairly small and almost unnoticeable stock on my images. So I'm more careful with the ones I choose to use. I started painting but I still need the model base to paint over cause I am not very confident of my painting skills yet. Soon there won't be no problem with stocks no more I'll just do everything from scratch *giggles*
Aside from my Photoshop addiction I have one more. TV series. I watch them all. I could stay forever in front of the tv/computer watching series. And not just these new ones. I got series from years back I enjoy watching :) And a good movie is always welcome aswell but I haven't seen many good ones lately. I still think those from the 80s rock. I was just a baby back then but I caught up with them when I grew up and nothing beats a classic horror from the 80s rofl
My fav music would be rock and metal, but I can listen to other genres as long as the song's got a good sound to it.
