Renderosity Artist Blogs Are Here!

YAY! Blogs are here! Ummm, (scratching my head) ummm... dangit! I had all this stuff I wanted to share, but now I can't remember what they were! D'oh! Oh well, it's not like they were pearls of wisdom, or anything! If they return (and seem as profound as they once seemed) - I'll share them with you! Otherwise... nevermind! LOL. Have a fantastic day, and thank you R'osity! You rock my world!
I will be Art Bloggin ..nanner nanner :p Sounds great as the old geezer of Renderosity I want to say ...Zzzzzzzzzz and further more:P Renderosity Staff has really worked there bums of here as of late and i personally Appreciate your hard work and dedication to makin this site what it is today ..Renderosity is # 1 .
Well, I like the blogs. It's a great place to expand on those topics that are too long for a forum, and may even be a little O.T. for a specific forum (I can't discuss string theory on the Poser forum, but I see nothing that disallows in a blog). It is much nicer for doing a personal essay than the galleries, since that is less about art and more about philosophy. I'm so naturally verbose that I find the idea irresistible. So, from me, thank you, Renderosity.
The blogs are a very good idea but a few suggestions, if I may? Call this my Renderosity blog wish list. They're rather plain and ordinary for an art site. Perhaps allow for customization in the future? It's not very intuitive if you want to find the blog of a specific member. Someone suggested a link from the gallery already. A link from the member homepage would be nice too. A way to sort the blogs by member name would be nice. A guide to what is allowed as far as HTML and that kind of thing in formatting our blog entries would be most appreciated. I think that's it. I think the blogs will be a fun addition to the renderosity community but they could use a little pizazz if you know what I mean.
Hi duo, The forums can be accessed from the "Forum" link located in the top header of the site (under the banner ads) or via this link: http://www.renderosity.com/mod/forumpro/index.php The Blogs can be accessed via the link on the side bar (second one from the top, under "Features" listing) or via this link: http://www.renderosity.com/mod/blog Hope that helps! Lillian
I think the Graffiti Wall is a great idea, but it would be much more inviting for wall scrawlers to impart their pearls of wisdom on if the Wall actually looked like a wall. May I suggest a tiled wall background and a graffiti-like font to scrawl with; after all this is an arty website. John
