SIGGRAPH 2008 is on! We here at Renderosity have made the final preparations, and are ready to welcome the best in the world of graphics. This year features a fresh booth and some fresh faces! So if you are planning to attend the conference, stop by booth 451 and say hello!
Our booth has been updated to help spread the word on our community, and it also has some information for those interested in becoming a vendor in the Renderosity MarketPlace. As always, there will be several members of the Renderosity team on hand to help answer any questions you might have. There will also be some exciting prizes that will be given throughout the conference, so be sure you stop by daily to see what you could win!
Below you will find a floorplan of the 2008 conference, with our booth marked by our logo. We'll also have these floorplans available for download that you can bring to the conference.
Not able to attend this year's conference? The Renderosity news team will be roaming the conference floor every day, and will be posting daily updates on the Renderosity front page. There will be interviews, class reviews, pictures, video and more that will put you at the center of what's going on at SIGGRAPH 2008.
We are excited to be at SIGGRAPH again this year, and we hope to see many of you at the event!
Planning for next year's event? SIGGRAPH 2009 will be August 4-6 in New Orleans, Louisiana at the Morial Convention Center.

Stacey guess I just missed you, did meet jennifer and jason the tech/ marketing person. Siggraph was an excellent experiance. A lot to do there and a lot of walking. Note: (wear comfortable shoes). Computer nerds will love it. E-On was on site talking about Vue -7. New Tek was there. and ofcourse the favorites Lucas Arts , Pixar studio, Sony. Pc gaming has gone to a new level as is our platform games. Interest new ideas and software innovations. Over all I recommend if you get a chance to go , do it ,the experiance itself was wonderful. Siggraph put on a great show. People were friendly and very helpful at all the booths. DAz studio was there ..I tried to get info out of them about poser products coming in the near future ...but some were not talking ...I offered ten bucks then I remebered might need it to get something to drink for me and the misses. It was very hot on thursday in Los Angeles atleast 100 degrees if not higher. No problem with parking. Even if not in the best of neighborhoods. I can assure you LAPD was heavley patroling. Renderosity booth was excellent and set up in a professional manner. Even if Devianart was built a little more different, the attention at our both beat theres atleast two too three fold. (yes I am Bragging, but it is the truth ask anyone that was there). I wont beable to go to the one next year in New Orleans but if it ever makes it back to Los Angeles, count me to be first in the door.
