deemarie · January 23, 2006 4:32 pm

Each month the Renderosity community votes on The Renderosity Artist Of The Month [AOM] ... February's AOM will be an artist from either the 3D Studio Max or the Lightwave Gallery. If you are unfamiliar with the artwork of our nominees, please take a few moments to look over their galleries. Consider the entire body of work by each nominee. Click on the names below to go to their gallery. Voting will run for one week, with the results posted next week.

Artist of the Month is highlighting a talented Renderosity artist that has been nominated by mods, and admins and voted by the community. Recognition is given to this member for their collection of works for that year. Since we only select one AOM per month, it is not about their works for that particular month. Instead, it is about highlighting a talented artist's works for that year and they are recognized during that month. To learn more about Renderosity's Artist Of The Month [AOM] award, and to view our past AOM's, please visit the AOM 2006 page, which can also be found on the sidebar under Highlights.

There are some fantastic pieces in these galleries - not an easy choice. Good luck to all the nominees:)

Some very serious talent in that list of nominees... I'm biased towards the LightWave artists in the group, but I a definitely favor stonemason as my choice, simply because he works in a genre I can relate to and when I see his stuff I am truly inspired. Good luck to everyone! :o) M

Hi Quiter, Thanks for the heads-up on the logo. When the site did the recent conversion, some of the images reverted to the older version. I have since reposted the new AOM 2006 logo. Thanks again for the eagle-eyes. Dee-Marie

This is really a very Talented list to chose from. It was a little easier since I know Stonemason and he's a very generous person with his free models.

Really tough choice to make. I am still undecided. Great stuff, overall. Congrats to all, in advance.
