New MarketPlace Features

New and Improved MarketPlace Experience.
The Renderosity MarketPlace Staff is excited to announce a few additions that they feel will make shopping for digital content more enjoyable and efficient.
The Programming Group at Renderosity has built out some great new tools that will allow for MarketPlace vendors to provide more relevant information to their buyers. You'll now notice that within the Product Requirements area (found on each individual product page) there are clearly listed areas defining the needed software, base figures and any and all products needed. Each of the previously mentioned items will also contain direct links (if applicable).
The second enhancement to the product pages comes in the form of clearly listed Promotional Credits found within the 'Promotional Credits' tab. Often times the MarketPlace Staff is asked about products used in the product promotional images and now there's an easy way for buyers to view and visit these products.
Although these new features won't be found on every product page in the MarketPlace, please be patient as Renderosity Vendors work to update their product pages to include these items throughout their store.
While you're here - feel free to save 20% on your
next purchase of $15 (or more) by entering coupon code:
042813B20P15 at checkout.
This offer is good through 11:59pm (cdt) April 30th.
This code is valid on Sale & Clearance items but not on the purchase of magazines, some shippable items, tutorials, gift certificates, prime products, bundled items and software.Coupon valid at the time of checkout only.
(Below is a screenshot of the Product Requirements area taken from Night Pearls: One Million Pearls by 3-DArena). Please note the required software is listed along with applicable Base Figures and products with appropriate links to simplify search.
I am glad to see that not only can and do they put the promo credits for us (I appreciate that greatly), but that finally there is a link to the items, especially when a product is a texture pack and they link the product required. It was a bit of a pain to search for before and even more so to search now with the new set up. I have more trouble finding things now. If a product has the word "hair" in the title, and you type in the exact name of that hair, it will not bring up that hair, it brings up a list like this ( and I typed in Hongyu's Hair 2010 which is the exact name): "Hair Software|Daz Studio|Hair Software|Poser|Hair Hair|Female|Models|Updo/Short|Genesis/V5|Poser Hair|Female|Models|Mid-length|Genesis/V5|Poser Hair|Male|Models|Updo/Short|Genesis/M5|Poser"
