In the 2nd or 3rd part you say something like "go to the other null, and add the emiter to it" what do you mean by that? parent it, and how, using the item properties box, scene editor, a menu link, what? How do you "add an emiter to a null"? or am I using the null as a target? What? Bruce

Nomatter What I Do,whether it be rendering my scene or creating a Viper preview, my particles don't show up nor do I have that metallic texture. Should I change my texture?

Very nice... I'm fairly new to LW & there's so much to learn that I had never had the chance to look at particles or hypervoxels. When I saw this short tutorial, I dove right in. Thanks a lot!!

Awesome tut............... :0] thanks you...... :0] It explans a few things.... i was curious about. Oh but, at the end you could have added open the FX Browser and hit start so it would create the particles. And viper window go to the 160x120 size and make preview in draft mode,to see it in action. Depending on your system [I have dual processors it tske a few minites to make the preview] to see in in viper without rendering it fully. Thers is gobs of different things you can add to it but its a really good start.
