DIY Poser Dynamic Jewellery

Can you make your own jewellery mesh in a modelling application? Can you use Poser's Cloth Room? If you answered yes to both of those - did you realize that a small addition when you're modelling the jewellery will allow it to be used in the Cloth Room?
