I am doing a tutorial series on using Poser Game Development to create assets for Unreal Engine 4. I hope that others can learn by my mistakes and insights as I used the products to create a Poser based Gaming experience. I have brought in characters, animations and props to date. I hope that I can encourage others to start using this feature set.
Can you make your own jewellery mesh in a modelling application? Can you use Poser's Cloth Room? If you answered yes to both of those - did you realize that a small addition when you're modelling the jewellery will allow it to be used in the Cloth Room? Dynamic Poser jewellery is unbelievably simple to create! The key to this is shown in the promo image - for a bit more information check the rest of this brief guide. (Thanks to klausdbg on ShareCG for the inspirational conforming jewellery that started me on this quest, and to Stegy, ParrotDolphin and WhimsySmiles who posted dynamic jewellery freebies in Renderosity FreeStuff which allowed me to work out how to do it.)
Please keep in mind that I am going to outline how I do my MAT poses. For me this is the quickest and easiest way, you may prefer a different workflow. This tutorial will work on props as well however it is written for figures, see end of tutorial for prop info.
Tired of seeing the same face every time you start Poser Pro 2012? Why not customize it with an image of your own? Its easy, all you need is a graphics program capable of reading & saving psd files (I know you have one after all you are a graphic artist!).

A little tutorial on how to use your Victoria 4 (or older Genesis 1) clothing on Genesis 2/V6 in Poser.
How to convert your 3D clothing to look like it's hanging on a washing line in Low Poly. Includes pegs and washing line. More at http://www.facebook.com/scififunkIf you are into 3D you've invariably built up a decent runtime of clothes from various eras. So the long winded step to create the clothes can be bypassed.Instead I am proposing to "pose" just the item of clothing, editing it so that it sags appropriately as if it's been hung up to dry on a washing line. The process is quite quick but has one drawback (filesize and load time - ok that's two) - unless you follow this series and make the item low poly.In part 1 I concentrate on creating a single item of clothing, the peg and the washing line.http://www.facebook.com/scififunkhttp://www.scififunk.com
