Conforming skirts and dresses can be a real pain to pose, especially when the character pose is more extreme or the character is heavily morphed. Dynamic skirts and dresses have the advantage that Poser 5 can do the cloth fitting for you. This tutorial will show how to convert an existing conforming clothing item to a dynamic one. For this tutorial I will use PhilCs miniskirt for Judy, available as a freebie on his site, www.philc.net, and of course I will use Judy.Poser 5 is required; dynamic cloth is not available in Poser 4, Poser Pro Pack, Poser Artist or DAZ|Studio. SR4 is highly recommended, but this tutorial will work for all versions of Poser 5 even the original unpatched version.svdl on 2:46PM Sat, 01 January 2005

UPDATED 3/17/2009 at 7:30 PM EST (BROKEN LINK FIXED)After months of trial-and-error, research, and raw effort, I've arrived at a skin shading technique that I believe is actually worth sharing with others! It's optimized for M4/V4, but it can be easily adapted to virtually any figure.Iuvenis_Scriptor on 11:19PM Sat, 28 February 2009
This tutorial goes through the process of importing your Poser mesh into Zbrush 2; how to manipulate the mesh to create a custom morph; how to export the mesh; how to import it into Poser 6; and how to create and install you new custom morph onto a Poser figure.
This tutorial describes how to use UV Mapper Classic (free version) or UV Mapper Professional to create templates for models that have multiple texture maps. Also includes several images that show which materials appear on each texture map for all Poser 5 figures, as well as DAZ figures (Victoria 1, 2 and 3; Michael 1, 2 and 3; Millenium Kids; and Millenium Baby)
A very descriptive tutorial that guides you through creating your character in Poser, making a UV map, importing into Bryce, using photos, creating and adding textures and fine details in Photoshop. For beginners to advanced users.
One question that I see pop up in forums all the time is "How do I make a good image thumbnail in Photoshop?" I answered that question many times, and finally thought, "Hey, I'll write it all down as a tutorial." So here it is.
This tutorial explains how to create a photorealistic picture in Photoshop with the most basic tools using a graphical tablet, at the example of one of my own images. It's mainly based on my own experiences and shall give an overview about the whole material and the painting process.Theta on 1:56PM Mon, 29 September 2008
The sole purpose of this tutorial is to introduce you to the world of Poser 5 dynamic cloth props, and to the daunting, Poser 5 Cloth Room.I enjoyed preparing this, because I know the bitch of a time I had learning this the hard way. I truly wanted to save others the grief, hair pulling and gnashing of teeth that normally accompany first attempts to use this room.I also know if you follow the instructions to the letter, you will have a most satisfying and rewarding run.Enjoy.Jusletgojusletgo@ixpres.comJusletgo on 6:05AM Thu, 18 March 2004
