What are Tutorials?

The < a href="> Tutorials area</a> is a great place to learn something new or to submit a Tutorial that you have created to help give back to the community and help others learn.

The Tutorials are broken down into sections based on software used or common topics.  You can select a section you are interested in, or pick from the "What's New" or "Most Viewed" areas.

If you are interested in <a href=""> Uploading a Tutorial</a>, you will have an option to choose whether it is a

  • Hosted Tutorial - that is one where all the content resides on this site. You will continue by selecting the sections this belongs in, entering the details of the tutorial, uploading images and creating the pages that make up your tutorial. You will be able to receive feedback on this tutorial from other members and link to it from other sites.
  • Or an Offsite Tutorial - that is housed at another location, such as your personal website or at another site of this nature. You will continue by selecting the sections this belongs in, entering a few details, and providing a link to this tutorial. Although hosted offsite, this tutorial will still be bound by this site's terms of service.

    Offsite tutorials can also be direct links to simple downloads such as a Word document or PDF file.
