Are we allowed to use images from the site itself (not from other members) in our art, if those images are just created specifically for this site? (See the image that I'm linking to as an example.) And when we do use them, to whom shall we give credit?

I know this is just "Fair use" but this site can have it's own rules for it's own galleries.

No, images are not to be used in your artwork that is the property of Renderosity. Further, images by the members may only be used with written permission. Also, please remember that 'fair use' only applies in a case of defense in a court of law. It cannot be used as an excuse for taking images that you find online or elsewhere and using them in your art.
