Description


This pic was taken at Canberra Zoo Aquarium. I think it is a cuttlefish, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. This colourful little guy just won First Prize in the novice section of our Camera clubs' monthy challenge. The theme was 'Unusual' I think he qualifies for that theme! Canon A95 Powershot. This image is almost surreal. The cuttlefish is truly zipping by..and the color makes it with the motion trails from movement. Thanks for this one.

If you didn't say I couldn't imagine an aquarium. Great shot. These fish are not on sale in my market but wiki shows a cuttlefish like something between a swuid and an octopus. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Georgia_Aquarium_-_Cuttlefish_Jan_2006.jpg Looks more like a manta. I like it. K&H
