Description

Saturday May 6, 2017 “Oh, MY! Do I dare hatch into this mess?” No, back into the shell it went! The DVD presentation was the best part of the show. It presented research from South America, North America, Africa and Asia, showing that the larger the herbivores became, the larger the carnivores became. They also showed the dinos to be herd animals. And, to bring down an 80 ton herbivore the carnivores HAD to hunt in a well coordinated pack. An 80 ton herbivore could provide food for 2 or more weeks for a carnivore herd! Very interesting. Makes these creatures smart, and more like modern predator / prey behavior.
