Description

I had planned on entering this pic into the challenge, but changed my mind because I didn't like the smaller version. Vue 4 / color and contrast correction in PSP 8 One of my favorite songs called 'A New Season' performed by The Church was an aditional inspiration for this picture: "Shaded crystal water, bathed in by God's daughter Sighing, whispers near, a new season passes here Sensory gifts to all who come Soak up the stars and setting sun It's strange and wilder Ageless bechilder Saved by fire Touched and finer Gray stands the tower in the distance Days pass like warm sun on the face A new season Shared is the cure to conquer loneliness Peaceful, blissful union is the priestess Doubt flows the river into darkness" - lyrics from homepage.mac.com/fipster/church/ ~~~~~~~ I've posted a tutorial on my website on how I did the cracks in the wall. ~~~~~~~ Credits millenium dragon - DAZ3D cauldron and candleholder - Traveler / Propsclub antique book - by Palladium17; texture - Cyphre ml books - by avalontree picture frame - by OOh Betty Graphic Design at www.oohbetty.com staff - from www.the3dstudio.com chest - by Glen Cole open book - by AofD at www.crystalmountain.com/graphicsstation bachalice - Exhalia window frame - Alekssander prisoner chains - from RuntimeDNA crystal ball stand - by John West tower - by rodluc2001 twisted tree - by the All Night Light and Power Company Thanks for viewing!

An excellent render with great object placement in the drawers , etc. The lighting is superb. From the selection of objects one might believe that the owner of the desk has indeed gone down the river of darkness. Wonderful work!

WOW!!! The detail is incredible!!! The lighting * POV are great as well....I would have entered it as well. OTOH..I did a large one for a contest, shrunk it & got all squeezed up....So I know how you feel...just doesn't look the same.
