Description

Often referred to as a windmill. Captured way back on 2/15/08 @ 1:00 pm, I believe at one of the biological gardens/parks in the general area.

This windmill looks great against this sky in the top capture, the second has a very moody feel to it. Excellent work. 😀

The original capture is singular and quietly 'monumental'. It just stands there, proudly. The second has these full metallic tones, with real rust and silvery tones, and strong varieties of light. You've done a few things with that palette (I'm going to find another one, right after this); and you do it quite well. It makes an intense, almost brooding alternate to the original. And btw, storms in the midwest almost get these hues. Fine pair, Harry.
